I will partner with you to accomplish your identified goals and support you with knowledge of skills, tools, and techniques for emotional wellness. If you don’t know where to start in making goals for your personal wellness, I will support your journey in discovering what it is that you need. You don’t have to just accept the difficulties of life, you can find a way to manage them in a way that feels best for you. I am able to connect easily with children, adolescents, and adults to create a safe and comfortable therapeutic environment. My personal and professional life have intersected uniquely to provide layers of experience with children with special needs including PANS/PANDAS, homeschooling communities, challenges in parenting, and challenges in marriage.

I enjoy gardening, cooking, raising bunnies, reading, puzzles, with my children and husband in Virginia.
